Where the panels land decides what they produce for the next 20 years — so we do the production math before anyone touches a wrench.

In Arizona, a south-facing panel and the same panel facing north-east can differ in output by a quarter or more, and a panel that spends its afternoons in the shade of a parapet or a new AC condenser can quietly lose you more than the relocation cost. So before we move anything, we model it: current placement versus proposed, tilt and azimuth, shading through the day and the seasons. You get the expected production difference in numbers, in writing — sometimes the honest answer is that the move is not worth it, and we will tell you that too.
Old mounts come out and those penetrations get sealed; new mounts go in flashed and sealed to spec; the system is re-strung, re-commissioned and production-verified. Same crews, same standards, same no-leak guarantee and 10-year workmanship warranty as everything else we do.
Moving an array changes the drawings your permit and utility interconnection were approved on. Same-roof moves often need a permit revision; house-to-house moves always do. We handle the jurisdiction and utility paperwork where required, update the rapid-shutdown and labeling to match the new layout, and close with a production test against the model — so the number we promised is the number you got.
Pricing is per panel plus the engineering, quoted exactly and free from your address, panel count and photos of both locations (or both roof planes). The cost model works the same way as our other roof work — honest factors, exact same-day quote, and the quote is the invoice.
